Registration is now open for the Southeast Retail Bakers Association (SRBA) 2013 Convention, which takes place April 13-14 at the Hilton Marietta Hotel & Conference Center, Marietta, Ga.

Saturday, April 13

• Bus Trip to Stone Mountain Park–For more information on park tickets and the attractions, visit www.stonemountainpark.com.
• Convention Floor Opens–Vendors will have products for immediate sale.
• Dinner at the Hamilton Restaurant in the Hotel–Relax with fellow bakers at this casual dinner.
• Owner’s only–President Aaron Weiner and Board Member Jim McMillan will start at discussion on bakery equipment maintenance.

Sunday, April 14

• 8 Morning Workshops–Focusing on decorating, baking, marketing and business.
• Convention Floor Opens after lunch
• 3 Hour SRBA Decorating Contest begins–this is the first step to Nationals, this year held at IBIE in Las Vegas, October 2013! There are prizes and money to be had! Register today–call Sandy Polletta (904) 389-8054.
• Baked Foods Contest Votes are Cast!
• President’s Awards Banquet with Trivia Night entertainment!
